Animal Care Attendant/Member Experience Coordinator

Juno Veterinary is building something different in veterinary medicine, and they're looking for someone ready to grow with them from day one. As an Animal Care Attendant/Member Experience Coordinator at their Leslieville clinic, you'll wear two hats: keeping the clinic running like a well-oiled machine while ensuring every pet owner and patient feels genuinely cared for. This hybrid role combines clinical support with front-of-house excellence — you're the Clinic Steward who reflects the Juno Standard of Care in everything you do.

You'll be on your feet supporting the RVT and DVM team during appointments, managing clinic flow from opening to close, greeting members and their pets, coordinating schedules and surgeries, handling patient records and consent forms, and being the first point of contact via email and SMS. Weekend and evening availability required — this is a dynamic, hands-on position where no two days are quite the same.
