Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality veterinary medical care to small animal patients
• Conduct surgical procedures and develop surgical skills in a supportive mentoring environment
• Build strong relationships with clients and their pets
• Contribute to the practice's commitment to excellence and compassionate patient care
• Participate in the Annual Care Fund initiative—allocating resources to help patients whose owners face financial hardship

Requirements

• Valid DVM degree (or equivalent veterinary qualification recognized in Ontario)
• Passion for surgery and commitment to developing surgical expertise
• Genuine compassion for animals and their owners
• Strong dedication to high-quality patient care
• Willingness to go above and beyond for clients and patients
• New graduates welcome—the practice has two tenured doctors who actively mentor
