4 days per week, approximately 10-hour daytime shifts. No weekends, no holidays, no emergency on-call. Periodic overtime may occur depending on case complexity, but is planned.
About the Role
Evergreen Veterinary Dentistry Services is expanding its team and looking for an RVT who's passionate about dental and oral surgery excellence. You'll work alongside a board-certified veterinary dentist in a referral-only practice on Vancouver Island, handling cases that range from routine cleanings to advanced jaw repairs and orthodontics. This is specialized, high-skill work in a setting designed around quality over volume—your days are predictable, your caseload is manageable, and you'll actually have time to deliver the best care.
The schedule is built for balance: four 10-hour daytime shifts per week, no holidays, no weekends, no on-call duties. Periodic overtime happens when complex cases run longer than expected, but it's planned and manageable. You'll work with a board-certified critical care specialist available on-site when needed, cutting-edge equipment (ventilator, cone beam CT scanner, high-end monitoring), and a team that values technique and patient outcomes above all else.
