Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality medical and surgical care to small animal patients across general practice scope
- Perform soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and laparoscopic procedures using available equipment
- Utilise digital radiography and ultrasound for diagnostic work
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients about treatment plans and pet care
- Collaborate with RVTs, veterinary assistants, and team members in a supportive clinic environment
- Participate in ongoing learning and professional development with mentorship from senior clinicians
Requirements
- Veterinary degree with eligibility to practise in Ontario
- Strong interest in general practice medicine, surgery, and dentistry
- Confident communication skills with clients and team members
- Collaborative approach and enthusiasm for continuous learning
- Willingness to engage with mentorship from experienced clinical leaders
Benefits
- Salary: $110,000–$130,000+ CAD, depending on experience
