Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical and surgical care to small animal patients across general practice scope
• Perform soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and laparoscopic procedures using available equipment
• Utilise digital radiography and ultrasound for diagnostic work
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients about treatment plans and pet care
• Collaborate with RVTs, veterinary assistants, and team members in a supportive clinic environment
• Participate in ongoing learning and professional development with mentorship from senior clinicians

Requirements

• Veterinary degree with eligibility to practise in Ontario
• Strong interest in general practice medicine, surgery, and dentistry
• Confident communication skills with clients and team members
• Collaborative approach and enthusiasm for continuous learning
• Willingness to engage with mentorship from experienced clinical leaders

Benefits

• Salary: $110,000–$130,000+ CAD, depending on experience
