About the Role

Lessard Callingwood is looking for a Veterinarian to join their established Edmonton practice, where you'll work alongside experienced long-term veterinarians and a skilled RVT team in a clinic culture that blends seasoned expertise with fresh energy. You'll provide high-quality medical, surgical, and preventive care to a diverse small animal population while building strong client relationships and contributing to a positive, collaborative environment where innovation and continuous learning are encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality medical, surgical, and preventive care to small animal patients
• Collaborate closely with RVTs and support staff to provide comprehensive patient care
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through education and clear communication about pet healthcare
• Participate actively in team meetings, mentorship opportunities, and continuing education
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture where your expertise is valued
• Develop skills in surgery and dentistry (strong asset)

Requirements

• Veterinary degree with eligibility for licensure in Alberta
• Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and commitment to teamwork
• Strong communication skills and ability to educate clients effectively
• Dedication to ongoing professional learning and growth
