About the Role

Dr. Farag Veterinary Medicine Professional Corporation is opening a brand-new, state-of-the-art veterinary hospital in Cornwall, and they're seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician to step into a leadership role as Lead RVT and Veterinary Team Manager. This is your chance to help build a practice from the ground up, blending advanced clinical expertise with operational oversight in a modern, supportive environment.

You'll supervise and mentor the technician and assistant team, support training initiatives, coordinate scheduling and workflow, and foster a culture rooted in accountability, compassion, and professionalism. Working closely with veterinarians and leadership, you'll ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining the highest standards of medical excellence. If you have 3–5+ years of RVT experience, are passionate about mentorship and staff development, and ready to lead with confidence, this is an ideal opportunity to grow into a meaningful managerial role.

The hospital also has openings for additional Registered Veterinary Technicians to join the team. Bilingual candidates (English and French) are particularly welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and inspire the technician and technician assistant team
• Mentor and support training initiatives for all technical staff
• Assist with scheduling, workflow coordination, and operational efficiency
• Maintain and elevate clinical standards across all areas of patient care
• Partner with veterinarians and hospital leadership on daily operations

Requirements

• Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) credential
• 3–5+ years of veterinary technician experience
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Demonstrated passion for high-quality patient care and client service
• Proven ability to mentor and lead team members
• Enthusiasm and reliability
• Bilingual ability (English and French) is an asset
