You'll be the driving force behind Clayburn Pet Hospital's dynamic team, creating a collaborative environment where growth, engagement, and exceptional client experiences flourish. Your day-to-day involves managing team schedules, conducting onboarding and annual reviews, sourcing locum DVMs and RVTs to keep the team staffed, and handling inventory, budgets, and financial management. You'll use strong problem-solving and empathy to resolve issues swiftly, ensuring smooth operations and happy clients. There's also a creative side: you'll champion the practice's social media presence, celebrating the great work your team does.
