Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations and diagnostic workups
• Develop and implement treatment and surgical protocols
• Perform routine and advanced surgeries, including dentistry
• Manage patient records and ensure accurate client billing
• Provide post-operative care and patient follow-up
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and support staff on case reviews
• Supervise and mentor veterinary technicians and assistants

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Licensed or eligible for licensing in Manitoba
• Strong clinical skills in medicine and surgery
• Excellent communication and client service abilities
• Commitment to professional ethics and continuous improvement
