About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead animal health and welfare operations at Over the Rainbow, a private multi-species hobby farm in East Gwillimbury. You'll work directly with the Farm Manager in a visible, trusted position that combines clinical expertise with hands-on animal husbandry. The position is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with flexibility for off-shift events and emergencies. • Safely handle and restrain animals across multiple species
  • Train, mentor, and supervise placement students as assigned
  • Contribute to biosecurity protocols, emergency preparedness, and seasonal animal care planning
  • Communicate professionally with Family Office representatives as needed
