About the Role

Vet et Nous, a veterinary clinic in Verdun, is seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager to lead administrative operations. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll administration and ensure timely, accurate processing
• Plan, administer, and control budgets for projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
• Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
• Direct and advise staff engaged in records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative services

Requirements

• Secondary school graduation certificate (high school diploma or equivalent)
• 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience
• Fluent in French (language requirement)
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Authorization to work in Canada
