Assistant Practice Manager
Ready to lead with heart? Help build a thriving veterinary team in Chelsea where collaboration, work-life balance, and clinical excellence actually matter.
About the Role

You'll coach team members, set clear expectations, and foster an environment where RVTs, veterinary assistants, and client care staff genuinely want to show up. You'll also coordinate locum scheduling to keep the practice staffed without burning anyone out.
What makes this role stand out? The practice is built on flexibility and balance. Whether you want full-time or part-time hours, they'll work with you to find what fits your life.
