Key Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with clients through clear communication, active listening, and genuine empathy
• Perform comprehensive physical exams and deliver diagnostic, medical, surgical, and dental procedures to the highest clinical standards
• Educate clients about diagnoses, treatment options, preventive care strategies, and nutritional guidance
• Maintain accurate, compliant medical records and uphold all hospital protocols
• Maintain professional representation of the hospital within the broader New Glasgow community and veterinary field
• Stay current with advances in veterinary medicine and best practices

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited university
• Licensed to practice in Canada (or eligible to obtain licensure)
