Lead a thriving veterinary team in West Kelowna with stunning lakes, mountains, and true work-life balance. This Practice Manager role offers the chance to drive excellence while enjoying world-class outdoor living.

About the Role

Imagine leading a veterinary team in one of Canada's most beautiful regions—where you can hike and bike after work, enjoy patios overlooking vineyards, and actually have time to live. As Practice Manager at Carrington Animal Hospital, you'll do exactly that while making a real impact on both your team and patient care.

You'll be the driving force behind this vibrant practice, creating a collaborative environment where your team thrives. Your responsibilities span strategic leadership and hands-on operations: managing schedules and staffing (including sourcing locum DVMs and RVTs), onboarding new team members, conducting performance reviews, and providing the coaching and feedback that help people grow. You'll own inventory management, budgets, and financial health of the practice, while also championing the practice on social media and celebrating your team's wins.

The role demands someone who leads with empathy and problem-solving—swift resolution of issues, happy clients, smooth operations. If you thrive on building strong teams, driving operational excellence, and working somewhere that genuinely prioritizes work-life balance, this is your opportunity.
