Practice Manager
Lead a thriving veterinary team at an AAHA-accredited hospital where your expertise will shine—and your work-life balance actually matters. Join White Rock's collaborative, growth-focused pack.
About the Role
As Practice Manager at White Rock Veterinary Hospital, you'll be the driving force behind a vibrant team that lives by four core values: Come Together as One, Always Focus on the Patient, Raise the Bar, and Engage with Empathy. This isn't a back-office role—you'll be embedded in daily operations, leading by example and fostering a collaborative environment where clinical excellence and genuine human connection thrive.
Your day-to-day will blend strategic leadership with hands-on problem-solving. You'll manage team schedules, support recruitment efforts by sourcing locum DVMs and RVTs, onboard and coach new team members, conduct performance reviews, and handle inventory, budgets, and financial operations. You'll also champion the practice's social media presence, celebrating the great work your team inspires. Whether resolving conflicts, resolving client issues, or driving operational excellence, you'll use empathy and sharp business acumen to keep the practice running smoothly while keeping morale high.
White Rock values flexibility and work-life balance—the practice will work with you to find a schedule that fits your life. You'll have access to continuing education platforms to grow professionally and be part of a broader VetCare Community that spans across Canada, bringing mentorship and collective expertise to support your success.
