About the Role
Thomas Glen Erin Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced Veterinarian to join a supportive, collaborative team committed to exceptional patient care and professional growth. You'll work alongside experienced RVTs, Veterinary Assistants, and Client Care Reception staff who value communication, respect, and clinical excellence. This role focuses on clinical care—diagnosing and treating small animals with proficiency in surgical and dental procedures, managing complex cases, and responding to emergencies. Your medical knowledge, teamwork, and emotional intelligence will be central to delivering exceptional care and supporting the team's development. If you have interest in or experience with exotic pet medicine, that's a bonus. Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary clinical care including diagnosis, treatment, and surgery for small animal patients
- Perform surgical and dental procedures with a high standard of medical expertise
- Make independent clinical decisions and manage complex cases confidently
- Respond to emergency situations and provide acute care when needed
- Collaborate with RVTs and support staff to deliver team-based patient care
- Contribute to a culture of communication, respect, and clinical excellence

Requirements
- 3–7 years of veterinary experience
- Current or eligible to obtain a full General Veterinary License in Ontario
- Proficiency in surgical and dental procedures
- Ability to manage complex cases and respond to emergencies independently
- High standard of medical expertise and clinical judgment
- Interest in or experience with exotic pet medicine is an asset
