Veterinarian
Join a collaborative Chelsea practice that genuinely values work-life balance—with flexible scheduling, mentorship opportunities, and a supportive team of credentialed techs and assistants who care about doing excellent medicine together.
About the Role
This is an opportunity to practice high-quality small animal medicine and surgery in a collegial environment where your expertise is valued and your time outside the clinic matters just as much as your time in it. The practice prioritizes flexible scheduling and work-life balance, whether you're looking for full-time or part-time hours—they'll work with you to find an arrangement that fits your life.
You'll spend most of your time delivering clinical care, supported by a team of registered veterinary technicians, veterinary assistants, and a welcoming reception team who communicate openly, respect one another, and commit to clinical excellence. The practice handles both medicine and surgery, and you'll be expected to manage complex cases independently, make sound clinical decisions, respond to emergencies, and contribute to team leadership through your knowledge and emotional intelligence.
