About the Role

Richmond Animal Hospital is seeking a Veterinarian to join a team that genuinely prioritizes both clinical excellence and your life outside the clinic. You'll take the lead on clinical cases, handle surgical and dental procedures, and respond to emergencies with confidence. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive clinical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical procedures
• Perform dental and surgical procedures with a high standard of medical expertise
• Manage complex cases and respond effectively to emergencies
• Make confident, independent clinical decisions
• Mentor and collaborate with RVTs, Veterinary Assistants, and Client Care Reception staff
• Contribute to a culture of communication, respect, and clinical excellence

Requirements

• 3–7 years of veterinary experience
• Hold or be eligible to hold a Private Practice license in British Columbia at time of application
• Demonstrated proficiency in surgical and dental procedures
• Strong ability to manage complex cases and work independently
• Commitment to professional growth and continuing education
