About the Role

This is a replacement position at an established Kingston practice where quality patient care and team collaboration set the standard. You'll have the autonomy to make clinical decisions, manage complex cases, and respond to emergencies while working alongside experienced RVTs and support staff who prioritize communication and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary clinical care with high medical and surgical standards
• Perform surgical and dental procedures independently and confidently
• Manage complex cases and emergency situations
• Lead and mentor the veterinary team (RVTs, Veterinary Assistants, and reception staff)
• Maintain clinical excellence and client communication

Requirements

• 3–7 years of veterinary experience
• Current or eligible for full General Veterinary License in Ontario
• Proficiency in surgical and dental procedures
• Strong clinical decision-making and emergency response skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and mentor team members
• Emotional intelligence and commitment to exceptional medicine
