Full-time role with structured schedule and paid wellness/sick days. No on-call duty mentioned.

About the Role

This is your opportunity to practice high-quality internal medicine at a state-of-the-art facility without the burnout. Lakeshore Animal Health Partners operates as a true multi-specialty team where cases benefit from shared knowledge, daily rounds, and genuine collegial support—think of it as the collaborative model that attracted you to internal medicine in the first place, but actually working as intended.

You'll bring your board certification to a 25,000 sq. ft. facility equipped with 3-Tesla MRI, CT, and c-arm fluoroscopy, working alongside 13 specialists and 12 emergency veterinarians who value quality medicine and supportive leadership. The practice is built on five core principles—quality, compassion, service, innovation, and partnership—which shape daily work culture. Your schedule will be structured to allow genuine downtime; this is a full-time position with paid wellness days and realistic vacation allowance, not a practice that masks overwork with benefits on paper.

Based in Mississauga, ON, you're positioned near the Greater Toronto Area's amenities, cultural attractions, and easy access to southwestern Ontario's natural spaces. Relocation assistance is available for candidates relocating to the region.
