About the Role

Love veterinary medicine and mountain life? Eagleview Veterinary Hospital is looking for a passionate Client Services Representative to join a growing team in beautiful Squamish, BC. Surrounded by mountains and ocean, Squamish offers an incredible lifestyle with year-round access to hiking, biking, climbing, skiing, and more. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and patients, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for both pets and pet parents. This is a community-focused hospital committed to high-quality patient care and exceptional service, and the CSR team is the backbone of that mission.

The practice currently has a strong team of 5 CSRs and is excited to welcome another team member to support the Sea to Sky community. You'll thrive in this fast-paced environment if you communicate well, enjoy helping others, and have a genuine passion for connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Manage emails and client communication
• Process payments and handle invoices
• Deal with insurance claims
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Support veterinarians and technicians with daily workflow
• Keep the reception area clean and organized

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented attitude with a positive outlook
• Previous veterinary or medical reception experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work weekend and evening shifts
