Ready to lead? Juno is building something special in Vancouver — a chance to mentor the next generation of vets while practicing medicine at the highest standard. If you thrive on collaboration, growth, and making a real impact, let's talk.

Work Schedule

Role requires schedule flexibility, including availability to work evenings and weekends — these are scheduled shifts/rotations, not on-call standby duty.

About the Role

This is a conversation-starter, not an immediate opening. Juno Veterinary is anticipating Lead DVM opportunities as new practices launch in Vancouver, and they're seeking veterinarians who want to shape the future of their clinics. If you're interested in exploring what a leadership role could look like here, this is your chance to connect.

As a Lead DVM, you're the clinic captain — a clinical leader and mentor rolled into one. You'll supervise treatment, mentor associate DVMs, and partner with practice management to build thriving clinic teams. You're responsible for your own patient load (appointments, procedures, diagnostics, follow-ups) while also coaching less experienced doctors, leading quality initiatives, and helping associates grow into excellent, compassionate clinicians. The Juno Standard of Care — gold-standard medicine delivered with deep compassion — is at the heart of everything you do. You'll need schedule flexibility, including evening and weekend availability.

Vancouver offers everything: mountains for hiking and skiing, beaches, a vibrant food and wine scene, and a thriving cultural community. You'll be joining a founder-owned, proudly Canadian practice that's reshaping how veterinary care works.
