About the Role

Juno Veterinary is building something special—a community of clinics united by a commitment to excellent medicine and genuine support for both pets and the people who care for them. As a Member Experience Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact, the detail keeper, and the person who makes sure every visit feels stress-free and every member feels truly seen.

This part-time role puts you at the heart of clinic operations. You'll welcome members and their pets, manage the flow of the day, coordinate medical records and communications, and process everything from payments to prescriptions. You're organized, empathetic, and thrive in fast-paced environments where you get to connect with people and solve problems on the fly. Sunday availability is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome members and their pets, creating a stress-free experience from arrival to departure
  • Manage clinic flow including opening/closing procedures, appointment and surgery scheduling, and patient check-in/check-out
  • Support the medical team by coordinating medical records, consent forms, and owner reminders
  • Serve as the first point of contact for in-clinic communications via email and SMS platforms
  • Process payments, insurance claims, prescriptions, and handle membership technical support
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture through your interactions and attitude

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service and/or member experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior veterinary clinic experience considered an asset
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen eye for detail
  • Ability to multitask and juggle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software systems
  • Comfortable with empathy and professionalism during sensitive situations, including end-of-life care
  • Available to work Sundays

Benefits

  • Hourly compensation: $20–$24/hour, based on experience and skill level
  • Opportunity to grow within a founder-led business that invests in team development
  • Continuous feedback and open communication as core organizational values
  • Access to employee assistance and wellness support
