Work Schedule

Schedule flexibility required including evenings and weekends; this is shift-based scheduling, not on-call standby duty.

About the Role

At Juno Veterinary, Member Experience Coordinators are the backbone of clinic operations—thinking through every detail so that every pet and their person feels genuinely cared for. You'll be the first face members see when they walk through the door and the person orchestrating everything behind the scenes to keep the clinic running smoothly.

This is a customer-facing role that sits at the intersection of member service, clinic logistics, and team support. You'll manage appointment scheduling, clinic flow, payment processing, and communication—all while creating an environment where both pets and people feel heard. This position requires schedule flexibility, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome members and their pets at check-in, setting a calm and stress-free tone for their visit
  • Manage daily clinic flow including opening/closing procedures, appointment and surgery scheduling, and patient check-in/check-out
  • Support the medical team by organizing records, coordinating consent forms, and sending appointment reminders to pet parents
  • Serve as the primary contact for in-clinic communications via email and SMS platforms
  • Process payments, manage insurance claims, handle prescription coordination, and provide membership technical support
  • Foster a positive, collaborative clinic culture and contribute to a supportive team environment

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service and/or member experience in a customer-facing role
  • Prior experience working in a veterinary clinic (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Comfortable with multitasking and managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software systems
  • Empathetic and relationship-focused, with the ability to remain professional during high-stress or sensitive moments (including end-of-life situations)
  • Positive, intuitive nature and a solutions-oriented mindset

Benefits

  • Hourly compensation: $19–$23/hour (based on experience and skillset; growth pathway to top of range through development and demonstrated excellence)
  • Part of a founder-led organization with genuine commitment to team member wellbeing and professional growth
  • Continuous feedback and open communication culture
  • Access to learning and development opportunities within a growing veterinary community
