Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist
Brand-new 24,000 sq. ft. emergency hospital (opened May 2024) seeking a compassionate front-desk pro who loves pets and people. Be the welcoming face of Maritime Veterinary Emergency + Specialty Centre.
Work Schedule
8–12 hr shifts with flexible scheduling (details to be discussed during interview). This is shift-based work at an emergency hospital, not on-call standby.
About the Role
Maritime Veterinary Emergency + Specialty Centre (MVESC) is a brand-new, state-of-the-art 24,000 sq. ft. hospital that opened in May 2024, and they're building their team. The hospital operates with flexible 8–12 hour shifts (schedule details worked out during your interview), so you can find a rhythm that works for you. With a $2.50/hr shift premium on top of your base rate, your compensation recognizes the demanding nature of emergency veterinary work.
