About the Role

Central Toronto Veterinary Referral Clinic (CTVRC) is a 24-hour, state-of-the-art emergency and specialty centre seeking experienced Emergency Veterinarians for locum shifts. You'll handle both primary and referral emergencies alongside comprehensive in-hospital care, working alongside highly specialized and experienced veterinarians and technicians in a facility equipped with ultrasound, digital radiography, CT, surgical suites, and state-of-the-art monitoring equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage primary and referral emergency cases
• Provide in-hospital care for referral patients
• Work collaboratively with specialized veterinarians and technicians
• Apply solid emergency medicine knowledge with progressive clinical judgment
• Maintain excellent client communication and customer service standards

Requirements

• Experienced emergency veterinarian with solid knowledge base in emergency medicine
• Progressive attitude and strong team orientation
• Rigorous clinical judgment and self-motivation
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Valid veterinary licence in Ontario (no restricted or provisional licences)
• No immigration sponsorship or supervision requirements
