Key Responsibilities

  • Provide primary clinical care including physical exams, diagnostics, and treatment planning
  • Perform surgical and dental procedures with confidence and precision
  • Manage complex and emergency cases independently and collaboratively
  • Lead by example through medical expertise and emotional intelligence
  • Mentor and support RVTs, Veterinary Assistants, and clinical team members
  • Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, communication, and mutual respect

Requirements

  • DVM with 3–7 years of clinical experience
  • Proficiency in surgical and dental procedures
  • Ability to manage complex cases and emergency situations independently
  • Hold or be eligible to hold a full General Veterinary License in Ontario
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
