About the Role

All About Pets Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinarian to join their welcoming small animal practice in downtown Langley, BC. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity to deliver high-quality clinical care in a well-maintained, organized facility with an engaged team and loyal clientbase. You'll work with experienced Registered Veterinary Technicians, Veterinary Assistants, and Client Care Reception staff in a collaborative environment that prioritizes Fear Free techniques and exceptional patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of clinical experience and demonstrate confidence in surgical and dental procedures, complex case management, and emergency response. You'll leverage your medical knowledge, communication skills, and emotional intelligence to lead and mentor the team while maintaining the highest standards of veterinary care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive clinical care including surgical and dental procedures
  • Make independent clinical decisions and manage complex medical cases
  • Respond professionally to emergencies with confidence and competence
  • Deliver Fear Free techniques while maintaining high-quality patient and client care
  • Collaborate with RVTs and support staff to ensure excellent team communication and clinical excellence
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the veterinary team

Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
  • 3–7 years of veterinary clinical experience
  • Hold or be eligible to hold a Private Practice license in British Columbia at time of application
  • Demonstrated proficiency in surgical and dental procedures
  • Strong medical knowledge, emotional intelligence, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex cases
