Key Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships by gathering detailed information, actively listening, and empathizing with pet owners' concerns
• Perform physical examinations, diagnostic procedures, medical and surgical treatments, and dental care — always prioritizing patient comfort and minimizing stress
• Educate clients on pet diagnosis, treatment plans, preventive health, and nutritional needs
• Maintain accurate and current medical and surgical records using established protocols
• Stay informed on advances in veterinary medicine and evolving best practices
• Represent the hospital professionally within the community

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited university
• Current, valid licensure to practice in Canada
• Commitment to the highest standards of veterinary medicine and professional ethics
