About the Role
Port Hope Veterinary Hospital is seeking a dedicated Veterinarian to join their team on a full-time or part-time basis. Key Responsibilities
- Provide general small animal veterinary care including wellness exams, medicine, and surgery
- Perform dental procedures using state-of-the-art digital dental x-ray equipment
- Contribute to advanced services including orthopedics, dentistry, and rehabilitation therapy
- Utilize in-clinic lab machines for blood work and urinalysis
- Work collaboratively with the veterinary team to deliver exceptional client and patient care
- Participate in the practice's growth and clinical interests aligned with your professional goals
Requirements
- Valid Veterinary License (DVM/Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) in Ontario
- Experience in small animal general practice (associate-level experience preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Interest in continuing education and professional development
