About the Role

Beardall Animal Hospital is looking for a Veterinarian, DVM to join a friendly, collaborative team in Kingston where building strong relationships with pet parents and support staff directly impacts the care you deliver. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality preventative care and soft tissue surgical procedures
• Provide nutritional advice and health guidance to pet owners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pet parents and your support team
• Promote and practice team-based medicine approaches
• Mentor junior team members and support colleagues' professional development
• Contribute to VCA Canada's community initiatives and give-back programs

Requirements

• Valid veterinarian licence to practise in Ontario
• Experience with soft tissue surgical procedures, preventative care, and nutritional advice
• Commitment to team-based medicine practices
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for coaching, mentoring, and continuous learning
• Interest in attending conferences and professional networking
