About the Role
This isn't a reception desk job — it's an opportunity to be an Experience Steward at a founder-led veterinary practice that's genuinely rethinking how the industry operates. You'll be the first point of contact for members and their pets, orchestrating clinic flow so every visit feels calm, welcoming, and stress-free. From opening to closing, you'll manage scheduling, check-ins, payment processing, insurance coordination, and technical support across email and SMS platforms. You're the connective tissue between the medical team and pet parents — coordinating records, consent forms, reminders, and the countless details that allow clinicians to focus on delivering the Juno Standard of Care.
